Edusync is a private education holding group.

إيدوسينك — مجموعة قابضة تعليمية خاصة

The group holds and stewards three learning companies — in assessment, in interview practice, and in guidance — each independent in market, each held to one standard of craft. Three houses, one rhythm: إيدوسينك — education, in sync.

A note from the founder’s office

كلمة من مكتب المؤسس

For as long as we have worked in education, we have watched capable students across our region filtered out — by a certificate they could not easily obtain, or by an interview no one had prepared them for. The tools existed elsewhere. The standard did not.

Edusync Group was formed to hold and steward three companies that answer this quietly: an assessment house, an interview house, and a guidance house. Each operates in the market under its own name, judged on its own merit. The holding exists for one purpose — to keep their standard high and their horizon long.

We are patient by design. We do not merge our companies, and we do not rush them. The group's name is its promise: edusync — education in sync, assessment, interview and guidance moving to one rhythm, so that no learner is left between them.

03The Regionالمنطقة

A young region, learning at scale

Why the houses exist where they do — the market context behind the group’s three gates, and the audience they are built to meet.

Nearly half the people between Amman and Casablanca are under twenty-five. They study, certify, interview and emigrate — and at every gate along that path, the group’s houses are built to meet them: the credential, the mobility, the selection.

04Appointmentsالوكالات الإقليمية

Representation across MENA

Three routes of appointment, one code of conduct. The registry below records where the group is appointing — and where mandates are already held.

The group appoints independent agents, counsellors and institutions to represent its three companies across the Middle East and North Africa. A mandate may cover a single brand or the full portfolio — and is granted, reviewed and renewed by the Founder’s Office under a common standard.

Aشريك الدولة

An exclusive mandate for one market — for a single company, or the full portfolio. The Partner represents the group before institutions and leads a local network.

05Principlesالمبادئ

Four rules the group does not break

Held by the Founder’s Office and the Standards Council, applied to every company equally.

I

Independent brands

The holding never merges its companies. Each earns its reputation in the market under its own name; the group adds stewardship, not sameness.

II

One standard of craft

Every company ships to the same bar — in product, in Arabic and English alike, and in the honesty of what it claims to measure or teach.

III

Patient ownership

No exits are sought. Capital, attention and reputation are allocated on a decade horizon, not a quarter.

IV

Data dignity

Learner data serves the learner first. Group systems are designed so that privacy is a property of the architecture, not a policy paragraph.

06Governanceالحوكمة

Three bodies, one standard

The group governs through mandate and review — a small permanent structure that keeps three independent companies moving to one rhythm without merging them.

Founder's Office

Strategy · capital allocation · appointments

Holds the group standard. Approves what the companies may build, buy or sunset.

Group Operations

Shared infrastructure · accounts · payments · design system

Runs what is cheaper once — one learner identity, one wallet, one design language across companies.

Standards Council

Quality bar · learner data dignity · brand stewardship

Reviews each company's claims, assessments and data practices before they reach the market.

07Contact & Registryالتواصل والسجل

Correspondence

The group receives written inquiries concerning regional appointments, partnerships, institutional licensing, and matters of governance. Company-level support is handled by each company in its own voice.
